ACSC notes this is the only recorded FDC for this stamp, the first new stamp design issued after Federation, so can be classified as Australia's first FDC! This cover was previously offered in Melbourne Auction with a 'tongue in cheek' estimate of $20,000! Now offered at a much more tempting figure. (P)
